Core Technological Principles
Our advanced evaporation systems are engineered based on two fundamental scientific principles to ensure maximum efficiency and performance.
1. Vacuum Evaporation Principle
Lower pressure reduces the boiling point. Under vacuum conditions (-95 to -97 kPa), the boiling chamber maintains a temperature of 35–37°C. This negative pressure enables automatic suction of raw materials into the chamber.
2. Compressor System Principle
A Freon-based compressor system facilitates heating and cooling. Notably, the system eliminates the need for a feeding pump—materials are drawn into the boiling chamber, transferred to a heat exchanger, and water is evaporated. A forced circulation pump ensures continuous atomization, while the evaporation chamber’s liquid level is auto-regulated. Once concentration targets are met, a built-in device discharges the concentrated liquid.

Frequently Asked Questions
What industries benefit from your vacuum evaporators?
Our solutions are widely applied in various fields, including oil emulsion treatment, metal cleaning wastewater, printing & dyeing effluent, cutting fluid recycling, electroplating wastewater, food & beverage, and the chemical industry.
How does the vacuum evaporation process reduce energy consumption?
By operating under vacuum conditions (-95 to -97 kPa), the system significantly lowers the boiling point of the liquid, allowing the boiling chamber to operate at a low temperature of 35–37°C. This effectively saves energy compared to traditional high-temperature boiling.
Does the system require a feeding pump to load wastewater?
No, the system operates without a feeding pump. The negative pressure created by the vacuum system automatically draws raw materials directly into the boiling chamber, simplifying the process and reducing maintenance needs.
How is the concentrated liquid discharged from the system?
The system features automated level regulation in the evaporation chamber. Once the preset concentration targets are achieved, a built-in device automatically discharges the concentrated liquid.
What information is needed to request a customized quote?
To provide an accurate quote and customize a solution, we request details about your wastewater type, daily treatment capacity, testing data, and your desired treatment outcomes.
