The low-temperature heat pump evaporator is a highly efficient device designed to concentrate solutions or recover solvents by evaporating water or other liquids at temperatures 35℃-37°. Unlike conventional evaporators,It should be used with high temperature.
Our evaporator machine has many advantages:
1.The whole evaporation chamber temperature is maintained at 35-37degree. reducing the volatilization or decomposition rate of heat-sensitive substances, which ensuring good condensate water quality.
2. The temperature of the entire evaporation system is maintained at 35-37degree, ensuring stable molecular movement and uniform water evaporation. The forced circulation atomization system pre-atomizes the wastewater before evaporation, making heat exchange more uniform.
3.At an evaporation temperature of 35-37°C, scaling-prone solutes, especially calcium and magnesium ions, are less likely to deposit and can more easily enter the concentrated solution through the circulating spray.
4.Visual eyepieces and removable inspection ports facilitate easier maintenance and inspection of the equipment.
5.The reaction conditions of low temperature and negative pressure make the whole process safer and the system more stable.
6.The water output of the system is less than 35degree and it can be directly entered into biochemistry without cooling.
7.The main component, compressor,acts on the refrigerant, and the heating and cooling of the refrigerant is determined by different pressures so that it can achieve the purpose of the wastewater evaporation cooling, the compressor doesn’t directly contact with the wastewater, thus it ensures the stable and reliable operation of the compressor, reducing the maintenance work.
