100L Glass-Lined Reactor Shipped to Ukraine🎉

Recently, 100L Glass-Lined Reactor independently R&D and manufactured by Wuxi LongHope Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. has completed all production and quality inspection procedures, and was successfully loaded and shipped to Ukraine from the company's logistics center.

Glass-lined equipmentismade by coating high silicon content enamel on the surface ofmetal body and then fring themathigh temperature (about

900℃)forseveral timesin order to achieve a high adhesive strength of the enamel on the steel base bodySo the equipment has dual advantage of both

chemicalstability similarto glass and high strength asmetal.

Substituting stainless steel,non-ferous metal equipments,glass-ined equipments are widely used in distilation,concentration,and

reacions such as synthesis,polymerization,saponifcation,chlorination and nitification ete,which are common in the industries of

chemitry,pharmaceutical,dyestuff,pesticide,

organic ssynethesis,petroleum,food,defense as well as scientific research.

Corossion resistance stabiliy:very high cormosion resistance against inorganic acid,organic acid,organic solvent with diferent concentration and

weak bae,but not aplicable to alkali,hydofluoric acid,fuoride bearing medium and phosphoric acid with concentration above 30%at temperature over

180℃.

Resistance to impactResistance to impact is over 220×10-³J;Newer hit the glassslining with object during operation.

Insulation performance:The enamelsunface has been trictly tested at 20KV.

Themalshock resistance:Resistance to sudden cooling is 110℃,to sudden heating is 120℃
