The 60-ton and 80-ton heat pump Evaporators are the first large-capacity single-shell evaporators that shipped to Malaysia. As one of China’s pioneers in independently developing and manufacturing heat pump evaporators, our company breaks the tonnage limitation of traditional evaporators with proprietary core technologies, delivering industry-leading performance. We have also developed a 150-ton single-shell double-effect evaporator, which cuts energy consumption by half.

Adopting vacuum evaporation and concentration technology, the equipment purifies and concentrates various solutions, suitable for a wide range of industrial material processing scenarios.

1. It maintains ultra-low constant evaporation temperature at 35–37°C, ideal for heat-sensitive materials, effectively preventing material degradation and loss of active ingredients caused by high temperature.

2. Equipped with vacuum heat pump constant temperature technology, the unit precisely stabilizes evaporation temperature for stable and efficient operation. It is plug-and-play, requiring no external steam source or cooling tower, offering great site adaptability.

3. It achieves over 90% energy saving compared with traditional evaporators, featuring stable operation and low power consumption. Operating vacuum ranges from -95 kPa to -97 kPa. The low-temperature working condition greatly reduces corrosion from Wastewater, extends service life and ensures qualified condensate water quality.

4. With compact modular design, the equipment occupies a small footprint and enables easy installation and commissioning. Supported by a fully automatic intelligent control system, it realizes one-key start/stop, automatic feeding & discharging, and material breakage alarm. It has a low failure rate and minimal maintenance cost, perfectly meeting the continuous industrial production demands in Malaysia.
