A low temperature evaporation crystallizer is a specialized one stop industrial equipment designed to separate dissolved solids from the solution through concentrated liquid evaporation under pressure conditions. By operating at lower temperatures( typically below 40degree), this system minimizes thermal degradation of heat-sensitive compounds, making it ideal for pharmaceuticals, food processing, and high quality chemical production. Operating under a high-efficiency vacuum environment (-95 to -97 kPa), the system ensures rapid material intake，the material will be automatically sucked into he chamber and optimized energy utilization through automated negative pressure control. Meanwhile. the heat pump system will makes heat exchange device into the evaporation and condensation two parts, the chamber is equipped with a scrapper and jacked layer. Continuous stirring of material and jacketed surface going on evaporation. The water evaporates into steam and flows up to condensation chamber and becomes distilled water. The condensed water flows to the condensate water tank  and is automatically discharged. The final dry matter in the evaporation chamber is scraped off and discharged from the equipment.
